RETURN & REFUND POLICY
30-Day Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

In the same condition that you received it

Unworn or unused

With all original tags attached

In its original packaging
You'll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at andy@andypapa.com. Once your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at andy@andypapa.com if:

We'll evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned:

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item. We'll process your refund as soon as we receive your return.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return. We'll also let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If your refund is delayed or hasn't appeared, please check with your bank first, then contact us at andy@andypapa.com.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to a country in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
